Never forget to use sunscreen when doing outdoor activities

Prevent dehydration by taking in water

Drinking water is vital and you may need to drink more during hot season since you tend to perspire a lot thus you loss water from your body tremendously. Even if you are not thirsty you must drink water and it would be best if it is chilled before doing so. It is best if you will drink cold water since this helps you cool down your body and at the same time it makes your body feel cooler when doing physical activities.
